This church has stood for fifty years,
A sacred place where time is spent-
By worshippers who talk with God,
And share His holy sacrament,

Where new born babes are oft times brought,
Each favoured son or daughter,
Crossed with the blessed Trinity,
And baptised with holy water,

And as they reach maturity,
Their faith will still persist,
They'll use this church in which to pray,
And take the Eucharist,

Full fifty years this church has stood,
Salute its jubilee,
For it has been a spiritual home,
To the likes of you and me

Though the years bring many changes,
Each priest bears a different name,
Yet God's church is ever constant,
And His message still the same,

As we reflect on what has passed,
O'er half a century,
We should look to the future too,
And what is yet to be,

Pray that the Lord will guide us,
As we consider now our plans,
For a good and blessed future,
In this church we call-Saint Anne's!
